Among the Betrayed

by Margaret Peterson Haddix

This book is about a girl with a fake identity. Her name is Nina. The Population Police captured her and she was sent to prison. She has the chance to live or die and chooses to live. In order to do this she is told to find out the names of other children who have false identities. If she doesn’t do this, she will never be able to get out of prison. In her adventures she is told to act as a double agent and find out information about the other kids in prison. Nina befriends the other kids and plot an escape. This is a good book. You should read it because there is a lot of stuff in it that I didn’t tell you.

  1. Oh my goodness, this book sounds so exciting that I want to read it right now!! And that mini-commercial makes it seem very intriguing indeed. Do you think I can get it in the next book order?
