What do you think of when I say war heroes? You might think of a soldier. But I think of a dog. You see, dogs played an important role in WWII, WWI and other wars because of their good sense of smell. Some dogs would find wounded soldiers. Some delivered messages and could duck under gun fire. There were also dogs that sniffed out bombs or land mines. There are many good stories about these heroes in this book. War Dog Heroes is a book that you should read!
